I’m Ivy Sweeney Ross—an HR strategist, military officer, writer, and woman of faith.

But more than titles, I’m someone who believes that people thrive when systems are clear, leadership is intentional, and purpose isn’t an afterthought.

For nearly two decades, I’ve helped people navigate structure, pressure, and transition—in uniform, in corporate HR, and in everyday life. I’ve led at the front line, coached at the mid-level, and advised leaders making decisions that ripple through entire organizations.

Through it all, I’ve found my lane: translating chaos into clarity.
My work lives at the intersection of people and policy.
And I’ve seen how systems change for the better when we stop leading from a place of burnout—and start leading from a place of alignment.
