I used to think clarity came first. That if I could just figure it out—my calling, my lane, my five-year plan—then I could move forward with confidence. But what guides me in this journey is learning over the past decade that clarity doesn’t always come before action. Sometimes, it comes through it.

This space exists because I finally stopped trying to separate the different parts of myself—military leader, HR strategist, writer, woman of faith, mother—and started asking: what if they were never meant to be separated? Ultimately, that question guides me.

My Why

Enjoyment for me is bringing clarity and fairness to complex places, and these principles are what guide me.

I believe people thrive when things clear, leaders are prepared, and everyone from the playgrounds to the boardrooms, knows how to win.

I want protect peace so people don’t have to fear uncertainty—and can focus on doing great work.

What Guides Me

Whether I’m leading a team, counseling a new manager, or writing about the Fruit of the Spirit, I’m always asking: What guides me through these roles?

Does this help people walk in alignment? Does this bring order to chaos? Does this tell the truth, even when it’s hard?

This is the thread that’s run through every role I’ve had. Reflecting on my experiences, I’ve realized what truly guides me is this consistency in purpose.

What You’ll Find Here

This site is my offering, reflecting what primarily guides me. A place to wrestle and reflect. A place to build, to write, to teach, and to be taught.

You’ll find stories about:

Motherhood, Spiritual Growth, Military Life, Leadership and the messy, beautiful in-between.

It’s not about being an expert in everything. It’s about anchoring in purpose that truly dictates my actions. And for me, that purpose is Clarity. Structure. Integrity.

Because when those things are present, people stop performing and start belonging.

Welcome.
